Using this site

This website is published by Manchester Central Masjid. You are welcome to read it, share links to it, and use it to plan a visit, give, or get in touch. Please do not attempt to disrupt it, access parts of it you have not been given access to, or scrape it at a volume that affects other people.

Accuracy

We keep service times, events and other details as current as we can, but they change — sometimes at short notice. Nothing here is a commitment that an event will run as described. If something matters to your plans, contact us at imam@manchester-central-masjid.faithops.app and we will confirm it.

Prayer times and calendar dates shown here are calculated. They are published in good faith and reviewed by us, but where they differ from what is announced in person, what is announced in person is correct.

Accounts

If you hold an account in our app, keep your sign-in details to yourself and tell us promptly if you think someone else has them. You are responsible for what is done with your account. We may suspend an account that is being used to harm other members.

The assistant

Where this organization offers an AI assistant, it is a study aid. It cites the material this organization has installed, and it can still be wrong or incomplete. It does not issue religious rulings and it is not a substitute for speaking to our leaders. Do not rely on it for legal, medical or financial decisions.

Content you submit

Prayer requests, notes, messages and anything else you send us remain yours. You give us permission to store and use them for the purpose you sent them for. Do not send anything you do not have the right to share, and do not send anything unlawful or abusive about another person.

Our content

Text, images, recordings and broadcasts published here belong to Manchester Central Masjid or to whoever licensed them to us. You may share and quote them for personal and community use with attribution. Ask us before using them commercially.

Links elsewhere

Where we link to another site or stream, we do not control it and are not responsible for what it contains.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Beyond that, we provide this site as it is, and we are not liable for indirect losses arising from its use.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use of the site after we do means you accept the updated version.
